How to save Outlook messages in PDF format
any users need an ability to save Outlook email messages in PDF format. This is frequently required for long-term storage, easy access to email, etc. MessageSave makes this process very easy. Simply follow the steps below.
1. If you already have PDF printer software, skip to step 3.
2. Download and install PDFCreator. Set PDFCreator to be your default printer.
3. Select the Outlook messages you would like to have converted to PDF.
4. Click the MessageSave Outlook toolbar button. Check the "Print" option.
5. Click "Save Now"
6. The messages will be converted to PDF according to your PDF printer settings.
You can also use similar steps to create an Outlook rule to automatically convert incoming messages to PDF format.

3. Create an Outlook rule that matches the messages which you would like to save in PDF format.
4. In the "What do you want to do with the message?" step check the "perform a custom action" option.

6. Select "MessageSave" in the "Choose an action to be performed" drop-down box.
7. Click on the "Change..." button.
8. Select "Save Messages" options. Be sure to check the "Print" option. This is the option that saves your message to PDF file.
9. Click the "OK" button to save the rule options.
10. Click the "OK" button in the "Select Custom Action" window.
11. Finish creating the rule as usual.
